Yes, we're targeting August to open, but I want to start meeting people now to get things lined up.
First and foremost, we're looking to hire a kick-ass chef and kitchen manager to start as early as June. Details on that opening can be found here:
Of course, we'll need staff for all other front-of-house and back-of-house positions. For these roles we'll be looking at a start date sometime in late June.
